Below are some quotes from evolutionists demonstrating that they have a bias against a Creator. As Christians, we readily admit that our thinking starts with God’s Word. However, evolutionists often claim that their thinking is based only on the evidence, and that they would instantly stop believing evolution if anyone found any evidence against it. This is not true, however; evolutionists are dedicated to their worldview and will fight for it, often against the evidence.
This page provides documentation on biased quotes by evolutionists. Unless stated otherwise, emphasis is mine (not original) to highlight the bias.
The universe itself, through the inflationary model, provided its own fine-tuning to make Ω equal to 1. There was no need for an external manipulator to fine-tune the universe, which was what was bothering Robert Dicke. (Calle, 2009, p. 90)
If space is flat, the density of the universe is exactly equal to the critical density. The value of Ω is precisely 1. But the universe didn’t have to start with that value. That would have been difficult to accept, because it would have smelled of fine-tuning. That’s what bothered Robert Dicke and would have bothered the scientific community. (Calle, 2009, p. 99, 100)
Even if all the data point to an intelligent designer, such a hypothesis is excluded from science because it is not naturalistic. (Scott Todd, Nature 1)
