Yes, Jesus did perform many signs and wonders, though not before all audiences.
John 20:30 states that Jesus did many miracles “in the presence of his disciples”. Acts 2:22 says Jesus did signs and wonders and miracles among the audience, but this does not mean that Jesus did so before every city or group of people. Jesus’ responses in Luke 1 was directed to “an evil generation” that sought a sign, but not all people were like this: some believed Jesus, and so Jesus would have performed miracles for them.
