"Who bought the sepulcher in Shechem from the sons of Hamor?" (Alleged Contradiction #E2899)
And the bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem, in a parcel of ground which Jacob bought of the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for an hundred pieces of silver: and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph.
Joshua 24:32
So Jacob went down into Egypt, and died, he, and our fathers, and were carried over into Sychem, and laid in the sepulchre that Abraham bought for a sum of money of the sons of Emmor the father of Sychem.
Acts 7:15-16
Response
Joshua 24:32 is talking about where Joseph was buried, and Acts 7:15-16 is talking about where Jacob was buried. That aside, it would be very possible that Jacob would need to re-purchase a parcel of ground surrounding the sepulcher for some legal reason in the culture in that day. Thus, there is no contradiction.
