No, of course Luke does not contain everything that Jesus did.  Luke says “of all that Jesus began both to do and teach…”, 1 and Luke meant that He did not purposely leave anything out to hide it.

In court, when a witness swears to tell “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth,” are we really to expect that they tell every last detail of everything that is true?  Of course not.  And neither here should we expect that Luke means that he is telling every last detail of everything that Jesus did—this would, as John puts it, be more than enough to fill the earth with books.
